Graduation - Ceremony Registration

For qualification programmes based at our Greenlands campus, Henley-on-Thames.

How to register

Graduation for Programme members who have successfully completed an MBA, MSc, DBA or PhD at Henley Business School's Greenlands campus will be held on Friday 19 and Saturday 20 October 2012.

Students on Whiteknights-based programmes should visit www.reading.ac.uk/graduation for information.

Registration for Graduation will be open in late July. Once you have recieved your invitation email you will be able to register via the RISISweb portal.   

Log in using your 8 digit student number (this should start with '8') and your date of birth (in ddmmyyyy format). Instructions for registering are included in your invitation email. Log in information can also be found here: RISISweb portal log in information.

Please register on the RISISweb portal by Friday 14 September. All graduands are guaranteed two guests tickets only if they have registered before this deadline. Extra tickets can be requested during registration and if available are allocated on a first come first served shortly before the ceremonies.

Please ensure your email and postal address details are correct in RISIS.

 

If you want to attend the ceremonies

• Register on the RISISweb portal by the deadline of Friday 14 September 2012. You will only be guarenteed your two guest tickets if you register before this deadline. 

If you are not sure if you wish to attend it is better to register to attend and then drop out later as tickets can only be guarenteed if you register before the deadline.

 

If you want to graduate in absence

Register to graduate in absence on the RISISweb portal by Friday 14 September 2012. 

• After the ceremonies have taken place, your certificate will be posted to your permanent home address, unless you instruct us otherwise.

Please note: If you want to graduate in absence you must register via the RISISweb portal to graduate in absence.

Your certificate will not be posted unless you have registered to graduate in absence.

 

If you want to graduate at a future ceremony

• If you are unable to attend your graduation ceremony, or have not yet finished your course and wish to defer to a future ceremony, please register on the RISISweb portal by Friday 14 September 2012.

You will not be able to defer after this date and will graduate in absence in October 2012.

Please note: If you defer your graduation, you will not receive your certificate until you officially graduate at a future ceremony.

 

Hire or buy your academic dress

You need to hire (or buy) your academic dress (cap, gown and hood) at least 21 days before your ceremony from Ede & Ravenscroft Ltd at www.gownhire.co.uk. You will receive a £5 hire discount for booking online.
