Profile

Chris is a chartered planning and development surveyor and has worked in development both as a consultant and client side. For the past 5 years he has run a specialist planning and development consultancy, providing planning, project management and feasibility services into masterplanning and development projects for both the private and public sector at scales from citywide masterplans to small complex infill sites.

His interests encompass the development process, feasibility studies and the interface between urban design, financial viability, and delivery strategies.

His teaching includes: Development process, Introduction to urban design, Site planning, Development projects.
