Anupam Nanda is Lecturer in Real Estate Economics and Finance, and Package Director for Investment & Finance pathway in BSc Real Estate at Henley Business School, UK. Previously, he worked with the Market Intelligence group of Deloitte & Touche in Mumbai, where his focus area covered real estate and private equity sectors (Apr. 2008 to Nov. 2009). He was at National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in Washington DC, as Senior Research Economist, where his responsibilities included developing and implementing housing market research studies and member of the forecasting team for US state and metro area housing markets (Apr. 2006 to Apr. 2008). Prior to joining NAHB, Anupam worked as a graduate research assistant and also taught undergraduate Economics and Public Finance at the University of Connecticut during his doctoral studies. His teaching fields are: housing market analysis and quantitative methods. His research fields are: housing market dynamics and forecasting, dynamic interactions across urban and regional markets, economics and econometrics of regulation, economics of sustainability and corporate social responsibility, and applied econometrics.
