Profile
Cathy is a chartered surveyor with interests in commercial property valuation, commercial leases, the landlord and tenant relationship and property management. She joined the School's research team in 2002 from the Valuation Office Agency where she was a senior valuer. In June 2007 she took up her position as lecturer in valuation and management.
