Profile

Henry Foster joined the School as a qualified chartered surveyor with background of experience in both real estate professional practice, and the finance industry. He has long standing interests in commercial property valuation and funding. Other interests include corporate property valuation and management, landlord and tenant, airport estates, decision making in property markets; behavioural influences on valuation; valuation methodology and risk assessment; bases of valuation and bank lending.
