Profile
Peter Wyatt is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor who has conducted extensive teaching, consultancy and research in land management and valuation. He has developed and delivered national and international university programmes at all levels (undergraduate, graduate and professional practice). He is involved in international land management projects and has a thorough knowledge of the theory and analysis of property valuation and the use of GIS technology for valuation purposes. He has extensive experience of course development, has taught in the UK and overseas and has published two text books. Recent projects have investigated the energy performance of the domestic and non-domestic building stock and examined transport-related CO2 emissions associated with city centre and out-of-town office locations. Ongoing work with UK Government is investigating the theory and practice of development appraisal for planning policy purposes.
