Profile
Dr Wyatt is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor who has conducted extensive teaching, consultancy and research in land management and valuation. He has developed and delivered university and training programmes at all levels (undergraduate, graduate and professional practice). He is involved in international land management projects and has a thorough knowledge of the theory and application of valuation and the use of GIS technology for valuation purposes. He has extensive experience of course development, has delivered training and short courses in the UK and overseas and has published two text books. Current research projects include the investigation of energy performance of non-domestic building stock, mapping the sustainability of business locations and examining transport-related CO2 emissions associated with city centre and out-of-town office locations. Pete has held positions on committees and panels of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Property Researchers and has organised and delivered seminars and training events at the London HQs and Regional Branches, as well as papers at the annual conference of the Royal Geographical Society.
