Profile

SeungHan Ro is a lecturer in Real Estate Finance and Investment for School of Real Estate & Planning at Henley Business School. Prior to this, he was a research associate in the Department of Real Estate, Georgia State University, USA. During his doctoral studies, SeungHan worked as a graduate research assistant and lectured Real Estate Principles for undergraduate students at Georgia State University. His teaching areas are real estate investment valuation and real estate finance and investment. Also, his primary research interests are in the fields of real estate securities such as Real Estate Investment Trusts, Real Estate Mutual Funds, Behavioral Real Estate and Sustainability Issues in Real Estate.
