Profile
Tommaso Gabrieli is a Lecturer in Real Estate Economics and Finance. As an economist, Tommaso has been working in the field of economic theory, exploring problems of bounded rationality, equilibrium in asset prices, inequality and redistribution, mobility and poverty. More recently, Tommaso has been exploring promising applications of such theories to the fields of urban economics and real estate economics and finance. Tommaso's current research work includes applications of game theory and real options to real estate development as well as applications of modern theories of political economy, inequality and redistribution to problems of urban development and urban segregation. Tommaso held previous academic positions at City University London (post doctoral researcher and visiting lecturer), Catholic University of Milan (post-doctoral researcher) and University of Warwick (teaching fellow).
