Real Estate & Planning at the Henley Business School has an established PhD programme, with students active across many of our areas of research interest.
Whether you are looking to undertake a PhD in planning or real estate we provide an outstanding environment, conducive to the production of world-class research.
Whilst remaining large enough as a School to enjoy a worldwide reputation for research excellence, we provide the opportunity for you to work on a one-to-one basis with your supervisor.
Henley Business School PhD Scholarships
All PhD applicants in the Henley Business School are considered for postgraduate research scholarships, which pay full tuition fees for the first year of study and are renewable for a further two years subject to progress. Successful applicants can also apply for a bursary to cover all, or part, of their living costs.
