Entry requirements
Entrants to this programme are normally required to have obtained a good (normally upper second class honours) undergraduate degree in any cognate or non-cognate discipline. Entrants should be in relevant graduate level employment.

The Masters degree programme is included within the University/Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) partnership arrangement and graduates are able to enter the RICS APC two year programme leading to professional membership of the RICS.
