Overviewicmalogo

The MSc in Real Estate Finance is offered jointly by the School of Real Estate & Planning and the ICMA Centre, combining the resources and expertise of two leading components of the Henley Business School.

This course is designed to prepare students for careers in real estate finance, investment management and the securitised real estate markets. The flexibility of the course also allows students to pursue more general careers within the finance and real estate sectors. You will gain a thorough understanding of financial theory and the application of this in the context of real estate assets through a combination of academic rigour and commercial relevance.

The programme not only examines investment in the underlying real estate sector but also provides extensive coverage of the Real Estate Investment Trust, Mortgage Backed Security and Property Derivative markets. The course is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and provides an ideal foundation for students wishing to study for the Chartered Financial Analyst examinations.
