Full time Real Estate Programmes

Applicants for our full time Real Estate programmes are generally expected to have obtained an upper second class honours degree or equivalent. The academic requirement for mature students may be relaxed in light of relevant professional experience.

Applicants whose first language is not English are required to provide evidence of proficiency.

For the programme in Real Estate Finance it is expected that the first degree will be in one of the following areas of study: business and finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, sciences or engineering.

Applications for both programmes are accepted from 1 November each year. Please note that applications are considered as they are received and you are strongly advised to apply as early as possible. Our programmes require a £500 deposit from successful applicants. This is usually payable by 1 April and confirms your place.
