Leaders and managers know that all organisations differ in the intensity, speed, and endurance with which they respond to threats, pursue new opportunities and particularly lead change. Have you not asked yourself why some companies you have worked for suffered from stagnation, complacency, destructive actions and internal fights and stay or fall into low performance, while others seemed to buzz with energy and life and create ongoing performance?

This organisational energy of a company makes the difference. When leaders have unleashed a company's discretionary reserve of energy-the soft factors and human potential that lies at the heart of companies- it enables enormous achievements. Simply put, organisational energy is the force a company, unit or team works with in pursuit of the company's essential goals. As you might have experienced, organisational energy comes in different forms- productive energy, comfort, resignative inertia or corrosive energy-and each form has very different effects on your company.

During this meeting we use this energy lens on organisations and reflect how energetic your organisation, team or project team is. And we can learn together, understanding the energies, and sharing ways of dealing with the challenges arising from these different energy states.
