Henley Golf Challenge 2010

Time: Registration & coffee/bacon sandwiches from 8.00 am
Cost: £75.00 to include 18-hole round of golf, bacon sandwiches, 2-course lunch, refreshments on the course
We are pleased to announce the 5th Henley Golf Day on Friday 24th September 2010, at Sonning Golf Club, We will be holding an 18-hole Individual Stableford Competition - full handicap. This is open to a maximum of 30 players and we will accept bookings on a first-come first-served basis.
Registration with bacon sandwiches and coffee is from 08.00 am. The half-way house will serve complimentary drinks and snacks. A late 2-course lunch and the award ceremony will take place at the golf club. For more info on the club please visit their website at

"I attended the Henley Golf Challenge twice; both occasions were excellent with tough but fair golf courses and interesting colleagues to play against. On both occasions I marked the card for the day's winner! And to add to it this year one of the others had a hole in one! Want to play in my group next year - 3 spaces left! Great weather, well organised - half the players went out again after lunch for a further 9 holes! It must have been good."

"I enjoyed taking part in the Henley Golf Challenge. This is the third time now that I have participated and each event has lived up to expectations. The course was in excellent condition and the club staff were most helpful and seemed pleased to have us there. The meal was good and overall I thought the day was excellent value. The organisation was of course superb as we have come to expect and, to cap it all, you even managed to arrange fine weather. I will certainly be back next year!"
