How do I access the Alumni online services?
To apply for use of Alumni online services (excluding Alumni Directory) and register for your unique username and password, please request a sign in. Your user details will be emailed to you within 48 hours
To apply for use of the Alumni Directory complete and return the Alumni update form (this will include you on the mailing list for the Alumni Directory and the Alumni e-Newsletter).
Alumni e-Directory
We are aware that the existing e-directory is no longer fit for purpose and have therefore decided to suspend it while we look at the feasibility of upgrading it. In the meantime please refer to the Henley Business School LinkedIn Group.
I've forgotten my password to access the online Alumni services, what do I do?
For forgotten usernames/passwords please email serena.king@henley.com. Please make sure to mention in your email which specific area of the alumni website you are trying to access.
I need transcripts of my qualification, what do I do?
- Email your transcript request to adriana.correa@henley.com
How do I update my contact details?

I want to visit the Greenlands campus of Henley Business School, how do I get there?
I would like to visit the Greenlands campus of Henley Business School and use the Academic Resource Centre, what do I do?
Alumni are welcome to use the Greenlands campus Academic Resource Centre (ARC), which holds an extensive collection of print and electronic resources. business school security arrangements require you to wear an identification badge whilst on the premises. Please complete the Henley Alumni application form for a security badge and sign it for verification. Your badge is available two working days after receipt of your application form, and can be collected from reception at Henley Business School.
I want to get in touch with someone from my year, what do I do?
- Email Alumni Services alumni@henley.com and we can try and contact the alumnus/alumni on your behalf.
