Dr Patricia Bossons

Patricia BossonsPatricia Bossons is Director of The Henley Centre for Coaching & Facilitation and also a Client Director within Henley Executive Education. As well as tutoring on the Henley Certificate in Coaching, Patricia also designs, develops and delivers tailored coaching and leadership development programmes for a range of blue chip organisations and works as an executive coach herself. She is a Chartered Psychologist and an accredited NLP coach. Her main interest areas are individual differences, personality and personal development and her latest book 'Coaching Essentials', written together with Denis Sartain and Jeremy Kourdi, was published in 2009.

Professor Alison Hardingham

Alison HardinghamAlison is the Lead Tutor for the accredited Henley Coaching Programme, leading to the Henley Certificate in Coaching. She is a well-known and widely published psychologist, specialising in individual development, leadership and change at a personal and organisational level, and is also a very experienced executive coach. She is an approved coach for a number of large organisations, and published her book, 'The Coaches Coach' from the CIPD in 2004. Alison is a Henley Visiting Executive Professor, and works on a number of our senior management and leadership programmes.

Denis Sartain

Denis SartainBorn in Hong Kong of an English father and Chinese mother, Denis' mixed cultural background enables him to navigate easily between Eastern and Western business cultures and he brings this experience into his work on cross-cultural management and leading across cultures. Originally a ship broker working in London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia, Denis has developed his coaching business over the past 15 years to be a favoured supplier of tailored personal development and behavioural change programmes for a wide range of organisations. Denis is a Visiting Executive Fellow at Henley Business School and a tutor on the Henley Certificate in Coaching Programme, the Henley MBA and on many Executive Education programmes.

Tracy Barr

Tracy BarrTracy is a Visiting Tutor on the Henley Coaching Certificate and a practicing Business Psychologist with twenty years consultancy experience. She specialises in management assessment and leadership development and leadership coaching. Tracy holds a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology. She is a Chartered Member of The British Psychological Society and is certified (Level B) to administer a wide range of personality, ability and aptitude measures. She is an accredited Coach, qualified in a range of coaching techniques including cognitive behavioural, performance, life and goal-focused coaching.

Charlotte Ellis

Charlotte EllisCharlotte Ellis a member of Visiting Faculty at Henley. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist consulting to a wide range of companies across private and public sectors. She specialises in talent management, assisting a range of organisations in the identification and development of their high potential people.

Charlotte is experienced in senior level assessment and in personal and leadership development. She frequently works internationally, helping organisations and teams deal with the challenges of operating globally. She has co-authored 'Exercises for Team Development' with Professor Alison Hardingham,

Dr Jean-Anne Stewart

Jean-Anne StewartJean-Anne is Director of Studies, Corporate Programmes at Henley. She is responsible for accreditation of corporate development programmes for a wide variety of clients on qualification programmes. She develops and delivers modules, specialising in facilitation, action learning and project management. Jean-Anne has led several European and UK research projects, particularly focused on e-learning, technology transfer, cross-cultural action learning and leadership development and evaluation.

Prior to joining Henley Business School in 2004, Jean-Anne gained over 20 years of business experience as project management consultant, project manager, business analyst, trainer, facilitator, coach and mentor at organisations as diverse as British Airways and KnowledgePool/Peritas.

Professor Peter Hawkins

Peter HawkinsDr. Peter Hawkins is Honorary President of APECS and joint founder and Chairman of Bath Consultancy Group. A thought leader in executive coaching, Peter coaches a number of corporate executives, chief executives and Chairman in both public and private sectors and is currently team coach of the executive team of one of the largest Government departments. He has worked with many leading organisations in many parts of the world, co-designing and facilitating strategy reviews as well as major change and organisational transformation projects. Peter is also a prolific writer and researcher and co-authored Coaching, Mentoring and Organizational Consultancy: Supervision and Development' (McGraw-Hill/OUP 2006.

Ian McDermott

Ian McDermottIan McDermott brought NLP and Coaching together. The world's foremost authority on NLP Coaching, he is the best selling author of The NLP Coach and the author of the chapter on NLP Coaching in the industry standard manual Excellence in Coaching.

For over twenty years Ian McDermott has pioneered the growth of NLP in Britain and Europe. His pioneering work and highly popular style have made him a regular contributor to the media. Ian is the Founder of International Teaching Seminars (ITS) which celebrated its twentieth anniversary in 2008. ITS is a world leader in delivering NLP training and coaching and the primary resource for over 100 of the world's top companies and organisations. Through ITS Executive Coaching, Ian and a group of specialists he has personally trained work with key senior organisational players in many FTSE and Fortune 500 companies.
