About Henley Coaching Services
Henley Coaching Services was established in 2005, with the launch of our flagship programme, The Henley Certificate in Coaching.
Now in our fifth successful year, we deliver a number of open coaching programmes for individuals. In addition, several major organisations are running in-house versions of our programmes to meet their management development needs and aims.
We are committed to developing coaching skills as a core part of an effective manager's toolkit and to the development of professional coaches as a key resource for organisations. Coaching has been a core activity within Henley Business School for many years as part of our wider executive education offering. Highly experienced Faculty collaborate with external organisations to offer programmes that develop first class coaching skills together with the knowledge and judgement to apply them in a variety of organisational contexts.

'Focus, Focus, Focus: Market Driven Coaching'
This conference aims both to sharpen our focus on market-driven coaching and examine how we can increase our effectiveness as coaches. Expert, international speakers will offer their perspective on how coaching can support leaders as they work through current market challenges. Research and case examples will illustrate the conversation. And, as always, there will be plenty of opportunities to network with coaching colleagues and experts in the field.
