About Henley Coaching Services
Henley Coaching Services was established in 2005, with the launch of our flagship programme, The Henley Certificate in Coaching.
Now in our fifth successful year, we deliver a number of open coaching programmes for individuals. In addition, several major organisations are running in-house versions of our programmes to meet their management development needs and aims.
We are committed to developing coaching skills as a core part of an effective manager's toolkit and to the development of professional coaches as a key resource for organisations. Coaching has been a core activity within Henley Business School for many years as part of our wider executive education offering. Highly experienced Faculty collaborate with external organisations to offer programmes that develop first class coaching skills together with the knowledge and judgement to apply them in a variety of organisational contexts.
