Managing Change

Overview

Making effective change requires leaders to inspire people to think and behave differently - motivating them to understand and own the need for change and commit to its implementation. This programme provides the tools, models and techniques to maximise your success in leading change from a strategic, leadership and process perspective, on a small or larger scale. During the programme you will be introduced to a range of tools you can employ in successfully leading a change project. Managing Change programme member quote

"Henley was great!  Really enjoyed it and found it extremely productive.  I found the mix of theory based and practical based learning really interesting and useful.  The tutors referring to their commercial experience were able to explain clearly the processes and theories. I found the content easy to apply to my role and have come back to Mencap with a whole host of tools to use.  I found the staff at Henley welcoming and friendly and the environment comfortable and easy to learn in."
