The Circle Programme ™ is designed to further the professional and personal development of talented ‘high-potential’ leaders and accelerate their progress onto the boards and leadership teams of their respective companies.
What the Henley Circle programme ™ is about
The defining feature of ‘The Circle’ is an intensive five-day programme at Henley Business School which will provide new knowledge, insight and personal challenge to drive participants’ progress towards becoming inspirational leaders.

Senior leaders and high-potential leadership talent.
Programme content
The programme discusses strategy with participants and how to align values to deliver that strategy and then build on those values to deliver commitment and trust before moving on to honing leadership skills and creating leadership in the wider organisation.
Elements of the programme will include:
- what is strategy?
- strategy as a dialogue and a process
- exploring the link between strategy and organisational values
- personal leadership vision: understanding how personal values align with organisational values
- influence and persuasion
- understanding barriers to organisational success and shifting mindsets to release creativity
- accelerating performance and driving high performance teams.
