Is the Mastering Leadership programme for you?

This executive leadership programme is appropriate for highly experienced and senior leaders with a minimum of eight years experience in challenging leadership roles. Participants also require experience of experiential learning through Developing Leaders or a similar programme. This executive leadership programme attracts a diverse range of individuals from varied and geographically diverse organisations. This breadth of leadership profile and leadership experience will greatly benefit your learning experience.

Mastering Leadership includes a social event during the year that allows you to come together with other programme members as a community of leadership practice that celebrates and shares each others' success.
