MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change
Organisations are increasingly looking to coaching - conducted by both dedicated coaches and line managers to help executives work through challenging business issues. To contribute effectively to the business agenda a coach needs the ability to align coaching objectives to business objectives. The MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change is unique in its emphasis on the organisational context for coaching and in the inclusion of an MBA - style management challenge as an integral part of the programme.
