Who is it for?
This programme is designed for those with some knowledge or experience of coaching who wish to extend and develop its importance and effect within their organisation.
Content
Module 1
Self-belief module. This module explores your personal skills and attributes, beliefs and values around coaching.
Module 2
Tools and techniques. This module enables you to try out different techniques and receive feedback. Each programme member runs an external client session.
Module 3
Integration module. Tutor-observed coaching sessions offer feedback to include in your portfolio for assessment purposes, together with a second external client session.
Qualification
After completing module 3, candidates must conduct three coaching relationships, obtaining feedback from their clients in each instance. A 5,000 word document reflecting on your development as a coach is the basis of the award of the Certificate, with subsequent accreditation for the Henley Register of Coaching Alumni.
The Certificate forms part of the Henley MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change which participants may wish to consider as a further qualification.
