Programme content

Many businesses achieve some early growth and then plateau, often at or around the £500k-1m turnover mark. Businesses at this stage have proven products and customers and need to develop a coherent growth strategy.

This programme identifies barriers to growth and focuses on the means to overcome those barriers. The course content is based upon the direct experience of what it takes to grow a business.

Five successful entrepreneurs that have built their own businesses will present their stories for discussion and dissemination. Participants on the programme will get the chance to meet the speakers and extract the nuggets of information that will assist them to accelerate the growth of their business.

For the leader of an established SME with proven products and markets, a turnover of £500k+, that is seeking to make the next step in business growth.
