Programme content

The pace of change and increased global competition mean that established businesses need to continually innovate to survive. Proven business models and products can be overtaken by rapidly changing markets and technologies.

This new programme identifies the means to generate ideas & capture ideas, decide on which to take forward and the processes needed to commercialise innovation. Barriers to innovation that occur within organizations will be explained and understood and tools, techniques and processes to overcome these barriers will be explored.

The programme takes the learning from corporate innovation experience and engagement and adds in the direct experience of delivering innovations in the SME environment to deliver the means to exploit and commercialise innovations fast.

For the person/s within an established Corporate or large SME with proven products and markets, a turnover of £5m+, that is seeking to ensure innovation drives their business forward.
