Programme Content

Early stage businesses with high growth potential are often technical in nature and may struggle to articulate a clear business proposition and to identify the correct business strategy. The programme provides the leader and/or senior management team with the time, space and environment to work on their business.

The course introduces tools and techniques that are used by the participants in an exploration of their business that results in greater understanding of what they need to do to achieve high growth.

During the programme you will meet peers who are also growing their businesses this enhances the learning process and these peers will be valuable contacts for the future.

The course will equip you with an investment ready business plan and provide access to web based SofTools that assist with the management of your business.

For the leader of an early stage business that has the potential to reach £500k+ and is seeking to develop an investment ready proposition and business plan.
