The Henley Accelerator programmes

In companies that demonstrate the potential for high growth, co-ordination and control of business processes can be difficult, not only because of the speed of change, but because of the complex nature of that change. Furthermore the stresses that can affect a “normal” business are often magnified several times over. These programmes prepare the leaders of small to medium sized enterprises (SME) to grow their businesses more quickly in an ever changing competitive environment. They have been developed in partnership with VitalSix Ltd and SofTools both small businesses in their own right that have been working with innovative SMEs for the last ten years, and is structured to offer a rewarding, challenging and stretching experience. It will combine some conceptual skills from an MBA with a practical understanding of how to overcome ever increasing barriers to growth.
