Programme Content

Against the backdrop of a competitive global economy and the sustainability and ethical expectations of organisations, you will learn about reputation, strategy development and approaches to growth, innovation, organisational change, measuring business performance and the power of the customer. You will gain a deeper self awareness of you as a leader, be exposed to diverse leadership styles and, most importantly, learn when you should have the courage to stand up to the corporate flow.
