The Henley Facilitation Forum

Henley Facilitation ForumIn today's organisations, group facilitation is seen as an essential way to enable small and large groups to work together effectively and deliver high quality results in a timely manner.

Many organisations have developed their internal facilitation capability, whilst others have relied on employing external professional facilitators. Leading companies have focused on the development of facilitation skills in leaders and managers throughout their organisations.
