Established in 2000, the Forum brings together business practitioners, industry thought-leaders and experts/academics to help organisations tackle the new challenges presented by the knowledge economy. The theme of the first day (PDF-239 KB) is Influences on Organisational Learning. With an emphasis on application to practice, the agenda has been designed for KM, HR, Learning and Development and OD professionals. 

Guest speaker on the second day is Tim Harford (author of 'The Undercover Economist' and 'Adapt', as well as BBC presenter and international conference speaker). The theme of the second day (PDF-256 KB) is Leadership and Organisational Learning. This has been designed to help leaders think differently.

    Knowledge Works

    Knowledge Works Book CoverDrawing together the results of 10 years of collaborative research with groups of KM Forum members, the book "Knowledge Works" was published in April 2011. It contains all the practical tools, techniques, frameworks and cases that members have created together. It is organised around the key themes of setting strategic priorities, becoming more efficient and more innovative, and improving the organisational capacity to learn, be more agile and change.
