Thought Leadership Groups

Executive Education at Henley Business School.A key aim of our research is to help practising managers like yourself to manage better. Our research outputs include leading-edge management tools and techniques and case studies illustrating best practice as well as research papers published in academic journals and research reports.

Our thought leadership groups, and within those our centres of excellence, act as a forum for collaboration, uniting Henley faculty. These groups also play an important role in building capabilities and enhancing our research output and reputation in the marketplace.

Practical solutions to business issues

  • How can you grow a good idea into a new business?
  • How can you improve your reputation?
  • How does your emotional intelligence affect the way you lead your team?
  • How are boards of directors managing information security risks?
  • What is the most effective way of using the web for fundraising?

These are just some of the questions that research at Henley Business School strives to answer.

Our specialist centres are a focus of Henley Business School's R&D activities. They generate the ideas, tools and techniques which are essential to build our own capabilities so we can deliver best practice solutions to our clients. They range from The HR Centre of Excellence and The Knowledge Management Forum to The Henley Centre for Customer Management and The John Madejski Centre for Reputation.
