Reward and Information

The Information team provides a workforce information service for university management. This includes workforce metrics for benchmarking and in response to management information request, and reports and statistical returns for external organisations. This allows the University to monitor the effectiveness of its HR management practices and provide an objective basis for future improvements.

Reward and benefits is about recognising the contribution of staff to the University and being able to recruit, develop and retain staff of the highest quality. We provide advice and guidance on how to achieve this through the Reward and Regrading procedures.
