Professional and Advisory

The Professional and Advisory team provides professional HR advice and guidance to managers and staff in their School/Directorate including recruitment, performance management, change management and dispute resolution. The HR Partners will develop a detailed knowledge and closer working relationship within their area and will proactively work with managers and staff to ensure HR issues are handled as efficiently and smoothly as possible.
