As part of its commitment to equality and diversity the University believes that all staff should receive equal pay for the same or broadly similar work irrespective of differences in age, race, nationality, ethnic or national origin, gender (including staff who have undergone gender reassignment), religion, sexual orientation, disability, personal circumstances, political affiliation or union activity.

The Statement on Equal Pay spells out what the University will do to give effect to this commitment.
