Health and well-being
The University recognises the importance of a working environment that protects the physical and mental well-being of its staff. The health and well-being policy provides a framework within which the University will facilitate working practices and services that support employee wellbeing. This policy is applicable to all staff across the University, it recognises the diversity of existing arrangements and aims to be flexible rather than prescriptive.
