Jeff Callander initially worked in oil exploration before joining Abbott Laboratories in the UK as Divisional Manager where he had P&L responsibility and a sales and marketing team of 55. He was responsible for taking the division into the consumer market and to new channels of sales.

Following this successful period Jeff has, since 1991, been a management consultant. His experience spans many industries and has worked with many blue chip FMCG companies, including Diageo, Unilever, Nestle, BP, Danone, and Future Brands (USA) to name a few.

Jeff has specific expertise in channel and route to market analysis, sales force and commercial organisation design and commercial benchmarking of organisations' customer management capability. He has been instrumental in setting up these capabilities within his consultancy work, developing unique tools and training other consultants. He is an Associate Faculty Member of the Henley Business School and is also a member of the Institute of Management Consultancy and the Institute of Directors. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese in addition to English.
