Professor Sharm Manwani teaches and researches business and IT integration covering strategy, architecture and change programmes. During the last five years, he has created and led the Masters in Enterprise Information Management for Deutsche Telekom which has delivered significant organisational benefits and is recognised as best practice. Prior to joining Henley, he held European CIO roles at Diageo and Electrolux while obtaining his MBA and Doctorate at Henley Business School. During this period he led a number of international change programmes driving mergers, restructuring, business process redesign and key account management, enabled by transformation of the IT organisations and architectures. He is a judge for major IT industry awards and has presented at many academic and professional conferences. His book on IT Enabled Business Change: Successful Management supports a BCS qualification.
