We understand that one of your key motivations for taking The Henley MBA is to develop yourself as an individual.
For those of you who are self-sponsored you are probably rethinking your career direction. So work starts from day one on career planning. It is so vital we have placed it at the heart of the programme.
Personal development is weaved throughout all stages of the MBA. Providing an integrated approach to 'careers' with your MBA programme the service provides a number of workshops to develop the skills needed to promote yourself during and after the MBA including networking opportunities, recruitment events and sector specific sessions from industry professionals.

The time it takes for visa applications can vary considerably depending on individual circumstances, therefore it is advisable to begin your visa application process as early as possible. Am I eligible to join the Career Development Service?
Access to the careers website may require written agreement from a programme member's employer if they were sponsored on the Henley programme. This is when your company is paying all or part of your programme fees. Some companies have an alternative arrangement where they sponsor through time off work for studying, or payment for course materials. This clause does not include sponsorship where you have won assistance from a source other than your employer - for instance, a government or charitable fund. What if I have completed the MBA and am already working with another company?
If you are already working with another company then we would consider the agreement with your sponsoring company as complete and the sponsorship clause would no longer apply.
How to join
If you are not sponsored please click on the statement below to confirm. You will then be asked to complete and submit a short form. Once this form has been processed, you will be sent a password to gain access to the job search and careers advice pages. This normally takes between two to three days.
