About this Masters programme

The Masters programme is designed to provide you with an integrated and critically aware understanding of entrepreneurship and management, and prepare you to take effective decisions as a future entrepreneur or manager within entrepreneurial firms.
You will build an in-depth knowledge of entrepreneurial organisations (public, private and not-for-profit), their leadership and management and the changing external and international context in which they operate. You will also learn to understand, respond to and initiate change, and be able to demonstrate intellectual breadth by making integrative links across the various areas of entrepreneurship and management in entrepreneurial firms.
Through a variety of methods including case studies, entrepreneurship and business simulations, and a project, you will develop the ability to apply knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship and management to complex issues, both systematically and creatively, to improve entrepreneurship and management performance. Teaching is underpinned by the latest theory and research, with Henley home to leading research centres including the Centre for Entrepreneurship and the Centre for Sustainable Enterprise.

MSc Entrepreneurship and Management is particularly suited to applicants working in family firms or similar interests, who would benefit from a greater awareness and understanding of entrepreneurial management and paths to business expansion. This programme is also suitable for applicants with no direct specialist knowledge or experience in entrepreneurship and management and we welcome applications from recent university graduates from a wide range of disciplines.
