New paper on ‘Restoring Confidence and Trust in UK PLC’
Over 200 senior representatives from the City, from Government and from the educational sector were present at a breakfast seminar, held last week at the Mansion House, London. The seminar addressed the key issue of how to restore confidence and trust in the financial services sector in particular and in UK Plc in general, as a place to invest, to work and to rely on, whether you are a country, a corporation or an individual.
Contributions from Professors John Board, Brian Scott Quinn and Stephen Lee, and Associate Professor Kevin Money, provided a thought provoking backdrop to the emerging public policy debate."The Henley Manifesto; Restoring Confidence and Trust in UK plc" will now be used more broadly to support Henley Business School's contribution to the growing public policy debate following the downturn in trust and confidence flowing from the 'credit crunch'.
Based on research conducted within Henley Business School, the paper represents the views of:
- Professor John Board, Director, ICMA Centre, Henley Business School
- Professor Chris Bones, Dean, Henley Business School
- Professor Stephen Lee, Director of Strategy, Henley Business School
- Associate Professor Kevin Money, Director, The John Madejski Centre for Reputation, Henley Business School
- Professor Brian Scott-Quinn, Chairman, ICMA Centre, Henley Business School
