Henley Keynote Lecture Series

accenture3The aim of our Keynote Lectures, which are once again this year kindly sponsored by Accenture, are to promote and showcase innovative thought and practice in Management and Leadership by engaging high-profile, influential, speakers who are willing to share their experiences.

The lectures focus on the challenges facing today's organisations and their leaders. They aim to address how leaders determine what they can do to prepare themselves and their organisations to sustain and improve performance under conditions of continuous change and uncertainty. Speakers address the issues and challenges they have had to face as leaders, exploring some of the lessons learnt, mistakes along the way, and offering advice to leaders of the future. At Henley Business School we see Management, at any level, as a series of dilemmas. Our role is to help leaders make the right choices - choices that are right for themselves, right for their organisations and right for the wider communities in which they operate. Henley is a world-ranked Business School. It is one of the global thought leaders in management with a core purpose of providing high quality, relevant management development in partnership with individuals and organisations worldwide.

Henley's expertise is in the development and delivery of solutions to the management and leadership challenges of our time. Henley offers highly pragmatic and relevant programmes that are readily applied back in the working environment to make a real difference to individuals and organisations, be they in the private, public, or not-for-profit sectors. It has built its experience and reputation by working with major multi-national organisations both in the UK and internationally, through which it has developed an in-depth understanding of management styles and and practice around the world.

Henley Keynote Lecture Series

The Henley Keynote Lecture Series invites contemporary leaders from a range of disciplines to share their knowledge and insight with an audience of senior executives who want to explore the challenges facing today's organisations and their leaders.

Speakers are invited to discuss and reflect on the broad range of challenges they face, the decisions they have to take and the impact of their actions on their own reputation, that of their organisation and also on others within their wider network. Participants have the opportunity to engage with speakers through an interactive question and answer session at each event.

The audience comprises senior managers, CEOs, MDs and directors from a wide range of business sectors, both private and public sector, and members of the Henley alumni association. We welcome around 80 participants to each event. The Lectures operate under the Chatham House Rule with speakers employing different styles of delivery so, unfortunately in many cases, we are unable to provide speech or presentation documentation.
