David C Lane, Professor of Business Informatics, Henley Business School gave a plenary talk at this eve at a ‘Shaping Choices in Public Policy’ meeting which dealt with the application of problem structuring methods to problems of public policy.  He and Professor Eileen Munro, London School of Economics, spoke on the subject ‘How systems thinking was used to undertake a review of child protection in England’.
