We have structured our degrees to meet the needs of the two types of student who join our programmes:
Conversion students who wish to work in the real estate profession but who hold a first degree in a non-cognate subject;
Enhancement students who already hold a degree in Real Estate or Finance and who wish to extend their knowledge of the subject.

• MSc Real Estate Economics - Enhancement Degree

The programmes are viewed as one unit and we have a total of 60 places available regardless of the final division between the programmes.

We have a limited number of places available and we have already made sufficient offers to fill the programme for the 2007 entry. Applications for the 2008 entry will be accepted from 1 November 2007. Please note that applications are considered as they are received and you are strongly advised to apply as early as possible.

We aim to contact you within 6 weeks of receiving on your application. If successful, a waiting list offer letter and details of sponsorships, accommodation and sources of funding will be sent to you. There is a deposit requirement of £500 for successful candidates and details of this will be sent to you with your offer letter.
