Make a gift
As a charity we rely on your generosity to support us. 100% of your donation is used to develop and sustain our core educational activities and Student events, making a difference to the next generation of Real Estate and Planning professionals. Your donation also will help to provide outreach projects, Bursaries and awards, advisory boards and an Alumni Association.

Tax Effective Giving
Donations to charity in the UK are free of income tax, but due to the Pay as You Earn system (PAYE) most of us have already paid tax on the money we donate. Charities can, if you agree, reclaim the Basic Rate that has been paid on the donation. In order to do this, you can make a Gift Aid Declaration, which increases your donation by 25p for every pound you give. Higher rate taxpayers may also claim additional relief. This makes a tremendous difference to us, and is at no extra cost to you.
